What are the delivery fees?
Enjoy free delivery for any purchase above or equal to 1000 BDT
For orders below 1 000 BDT, applicable fees will be:
BDT 100 for all deliveries in Dhaka City
BDT 150 for all deliveries outside of Dhaka city

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday, except public holidays.
Please note that:
Cutoff time is 2pm:
- This means that if an order is placed after 2pm on 18/11/2019, it will only be delivered on the 20/11/2019 with next day delivery
Friday is not considered as a working day, hence all deliveries are postponed to the following day
- This means that if an order is placed with next day delivery on Thursday before 3pm, it will be delivered on Sunday.
· Delivery times specified above may vary depending on stock availability and delivery location.
· Delivery times may vary due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic
· Every customer will receive at least 2 x free samples with every product delivery
· Please check the delivered products & packaging immediately after receiving in presence of delivery staff.
· In case of damaged packaging/product, wrong quantity of products that you originally ordered online, wrong products/product variants delivered; please check the delivery package and inform the delivery person immediately to return the products. You are also recommended to call us at our customer service number: 01966444455. Kindly mention your name and order ID during the call so that we can resolved the issue swiftly.
· Any damaged return/replacement claim after delivery person leaves will not be accepted.
· If you want the product to be gift wrapped, kindly mention it in the order comment section when you place the order online. This may cause delay in dispatching your order.
· If you have made online payments for your products through bKash/ Debit/Credit Card/ Nagad/ Rocket but did not receive any confirmation email / confirmation call from our customer service number: 01966444455 or send us email to: [email protected]
· After placing your order if the cash was deducted from your bKash/ Debit/Credit Card/ Nagad/ Rocket account but order didn’t get placed under your profile order history on our website, kindly contact us at our customer service number: 01966444455.
