Delivery Time Duration (After Dispatched)

Delivery shall be completed within an estimated period of 2 (two) to 7 (seven) working days from the date of dispatch.

Exchange request is applicable only if the product delivered is damaged or broken. If you receive any damaged product, contact Sundora Customer Experience Team as early as possible.

After 12 hours of delivery, no return or exchange requests will be accepted.

Sundora will inform You, through SMS and/or WhatsApp and/or email, once your order has been dispatched for delivery. Such notification will also include an estimated delivery time frame.

The User must keep his/her phone available during the scheduled window and be ready to inspect the delivery in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.

After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed carefully in protective materials and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partner then delivers the package to you within the designated delivery time. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

We maintain a ‘closed box delivery’ policy*. Which is crucial to ensure the authenticity of the products, privacy of the customers and product adulteration or modification prevention.

Closed box Delivery Policy: Payment prior to inspection is mandatory to comply with the Closed Box Policy... Only after making payment may the parcel be opened, and the entire unboxingprocess mustbe properly documented through a continuous, unedited video capturing all contents. Upon completion of the payment, the delivery person shall promptlydepartfrom the premises without any delay. After the parcel has been handed over and payment has been made, the delivery person will not, under any circumstances, accept or take back the parcel from You.

Mandatory unboxing video & photos:
After accepting delivery of the parcel,You shall independently conduct a thorough inspection of the package. During the inspection You shall record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video, beginning from the point where the package seal is intact and continuing throughout the entire opening process.

In addition,You shall take clear photographs at relevant stages of the unboxing to properly document the condition of the parcel and its contents.

OTP verified delivery: OTP (One-Time Password) verified delivery refers to a delivery process where a unique one-time code is sent to the recipient's phone number to verify their identity before the delivery is made. The recipient must provide the code to the delivery person while receiving the parcel to confirm that the recipient is the authorized recipient and the parcel has been received by the authorized recipient and can be marked as delivered.

We package our products in cardboard boxes with your invoice wrapped along with it. Each individual product is carefully packaged while fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.
