    For inside Dhaka, the shipping fee is BDT 75 for all goods. Packages start from BDT 150 for shipping Dhaka suburb and outside Dhaka areas.

  • Free Delivery

    Orders over BDT 5000 (VAT excluded) will receive Free Delivery nationwide.

  • Payment Options

    Payments can be made through cash and online using credit cards or mobile wallets for all orders.
    Cash on Delivery is available for orders only valued under ৳ 1,00,000.00.

Exchange Policy

Exchange request is applicable only if the product delivered is damaged or broken. If you receive any damaged product, contact Sundora Customer Experience Team as early as possible.

After 12 hours of delivery, no return or exchange requests will be accepted.

Delivery Process

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.

After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed carefully in protective materials and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partner then delivers the package to you within the designated delivery time. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

We maintain a ‘closed box delivery’ policy*. Which is crucial to ensure the authenticity of the products, privacy of the customers and product adulteration or modification prevention.

Closed box Delivery Policy: A closed box delivery policy refers to the practice of delivering a product in a sealed or closed box, to protect it from damage or tampering during transportation. The box remains closed until it reaches its final destination. The recipient is allowed to open the box after payment is done.

OTP verified delivery: OTP (One-Time Password) verified delivery refers to a delivery process where a unique one-time code is sent to the recipient's phone number to verify their identity before the delivery is made. The recipient must provide the code to the delivery person while receiving the parcel to confirm that the recipient is the authorized recipient and the parcel has been received by the authorized recipient and can be marked as delivered.

Packaging Process

We package our products in cardboard boxes with your invoice wrapped along with it. Each individual product is carefully packaged while fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.
